A fun and engaging day of collaborative learning, leadership skill development and activities for high-potential student-athletes.

This event equips our young leaders with real-life, practical skills that will not only benefit them individually for the long haul, but also set the tone for the upcoming school season.
In this full-day collaborative experience, students will learn critical tenets of strong organizational cultures, find their own unique leadership style, and have a go-forward plan to take their learning and skills and apply to their team and program.

Finding Your Leadership Style analyzing different leadership styles, identifying your own style, and how to lead your program with your own, unique attributes

High Standards & Accountability identifying and developing Individual and Team Standards and actions to take to proactively infuse these Standards into your team and maintain them throughout the season

Mentoring providing 1-on-1 feedback and support to teammates (including positive peer pressure), helping younger players navigate challenges, the concept of being a “5-minute Mentor”
